How It Works
As the name implies, this option is completely virtual!
Once you fill out the form below, I will send you the application. When I receive that back, we will do you pre-program assessments so that we can measure your progress as we go.
I will write your custom workout plan based on the information you provide and we will schedule your check-ins. Once per week will be via Zoom (15-30 minutes) and then one email check-in per week.
Every 12 weeks, we will redo your assessments to check your progress and complete new photos and measurements!

What You Pay
Online coaching is $150 per month with a minimum 3-month commitment.
