Hi, I’m Jamie! In 2016, I started my own weight-loss journey with a few simple steps. Those small steps eventually led me to lose 50 pounds and become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Everything I coach is something I have had to do myself, which is why my style of coaching is so effective. That and the fact that I don’t take myself too seriously!
I specialize in weight loss, programming for beginners, and coaching the individual that feels progress with their nutrition or fitness is unattainable. I also have experience in training those with past knee injuries, arthritis, postpartum women, teenagers, active seniors, and those who are new to the gym!
